Carbon Positive Motorsport will continue its partnership with the Motorsport UK Junior Rallycross Championship for a third consecutive year, reinforcing a shared commitment to supporting the next generation of drivers while promoting a more responsible future for the sport.

The partnership means Carbon Positive Motorsport will once again offset all junior drivers’ race fuel across the championship, helping families and competitors be part of a series that combines grassroots opportunity with a forward-thinking approach to sustainability.
The Motorsport UK Junior Rallycross Championship has built a strong reputation for giving young drivers aged 14 and over the chance to develop car control, racecraft and confidence in equally prepared Suzuki Swift Sport race cars. By keeping the focus firmly on driver talent and progression, the championship continues to create an accessible and competitive environment for future stars of the sport.
For a third season, Carbon Positive Motorsport’s support adds another important layer to that mission. Their continued involvement reflects a genuine investment in junior motorsport and in creating positive change within the paddock.
“We’re delighted to welcome Carbon Positive Motorsport back for a third year with the Motorsport UK Junior Rallycross Championship,” said Peter Gwynne. “Their continued support not only helps our junior drivers, but also sends a strong message about the kind of future we want to build for grassroots motorsport - competitive, inclusive and conscious of its impact.”

The 2026 championship continues to focus on driver development, community and opportunity, creating a platform where young competitors can learn, grow and showcase their talent in front of teams, supporters and the wider motorsport audience.
Steve Smith of Carbon Positive Motorsport said: "We are proud to continue supporting the Motorsport UK Junior Rallycross Championship and to play a part in a series that gives young drivers such a strong start in the sport. It is important that the next generation can come into motorsport knowing that performance and environmental responsibility can sit side by side."
As part of its support, Carbon Positive Motorsport is helping young competitors engage with sustainability in a practical and meaningful way. Alongside carbon offsetting, the partnership includes a 25% discount for competitor to offset their season, an online environmental training module with a Certificate of Achievement, and an Environmental Achievement Award scheme to recognise the top three teams showing positive environmental action. It means junior drivers are not only developing their skills in the sport, but also gaining an understanding of how they can be part of a more responsible future for motorsport.

Carbon Positive Motorsport works with championships, clubs, events, competitors and fans to help reduce the environmental impact of the sport through practical carbon offsetting and credible climate action. With solutions designed specifically for motorsport, CPM makes it easier to take measurable action while supporting UK nature restoration projects and a more sustainable future for the sport.
As the championship prepares for another exciting season, the renewal of this partnership is a positive step for drivers, families and the wider rallycross community.
