Rally Champion Garry Pearson becomes Carbon Positive

Garry Pearson joins with Carbon Positive Motorsport as a brand ambassador in this year’s British Rally Championship.


Garry Pearson, the current record-breaking Welsh, Scottish, BTRDA and BRC National champion, will partner with Carbon Positive Motorsport for the 2022 British Rally Championship and season.



Carbon Positive Motorsport are the first dedicated carbon offsetting provider for motorsport and have provided carbon offsetting to several leading competitors including the current British Rally Champion Matt Edwards since their launch.


The company, who provide carbon offsetting for motorsport events, teams, competitors, and spectators, will provide carbon positive levels of offsetting for all Garry's competition fuel consumption.


This level of offsetting will provide, 25% more carbon offsetting in the future than is generated today through his fuel usage. Garry's Carbon Positive offset will use UK certified and sourced rewilding-based projects, that provide greater environmental benefits than offsetting alone.
