Osian Pryce becomes Carbon Positive Ambassador

Osian Pryce returns to the British Rally Championship and joins with Carbon Positive Motorsport to help make motorsport sustainable.

Carbon Positive Motorsport are delighted to welcome Osian Pryce on board as a brand ambassador. Osian will be contesting this year's British Rally Championship in the Melvyn Evans Motorsport run Volkswagen Polo GTI R5.

He is fired up to win the title this year, having finished runner-up three times and will celebrate his 100th rally start on this year’s Nicky Grist Stages, his home event.

For his 2022 BRC campaign, Osian will be supported by Demon Tweeks, Bell Racing helmets, OMP race suits, Liqui Moly (oils, lubricants and additives), LM Performance (Liqui Moly distributors), DL Jones Pontrobert Ltd (coach and taxi hire), Hills Campervans (campervan sales and hire), MotoFit (performance training), Carbon Positive Motorsport and his own family-run specialist building firm G+M Pryce.

"I'm really happy to be a brand ambassador for Carbon Positive Motorsport. With the current climate constantly changing, and a big emphasis on going green in the sport of rallying, why not try and make a difference? I'm making steps in the right direction by offsetting my carbon. I like what Carbon Positive Motorsport are trying to achieve and look forward to working with them and learning along the way.

“It's been a bumpy ride since the end of last season, but now we are ready to go again and go for the title this year after coming so close last year." Steve Smith added, "Myself and the whole team are very pleased to have Osian on board for 2022, and we can't wait to get BRC round #1 started next weekend in Clacton-on-Sea. It's a brand new event for the BRC this year, and like all of our other driver ambassadors we'll be offsetting all of Osian's R5 VW rally car fuel usage, for testing and rallies. We wish him the very best for the championship as he has a great shot at the title in the R5 with Melvyn Evans Motorsport."

It only costs a little to make a big difference for the sport, so whether you're a competitor or spectator, why not join with us to help make motorsport sustainable.
